Welcome to the Majestic Addiction and Recovery (MARS) Clinic. We are a community clinic focused on providing addiction counseling and mental health services to individuals involved in the criminal justice system. We are a sub-clinic of the Psychology Services Center, in the Department of Psychology at Colorado State University.
We currently partner with both Larimer County Community Corrections and Larimer County Probation to provide these services at no cost to their clients. Additionally, we provide behavioral and mental health services to anyone living in Larimer County who is under or uninsured and is seeking these services.
We provide individual therapy and substance use evaluations as part of the services we offer. We plan to offer group therapy in the near future. We offer these services at the Psychological Services Center at Colorado State University and virtually over secure internet services. Services are provided by licensed mental health professionals or trainees who are students in the Masters in Addiction Counseling in Psychology Program at Colorado State University.
Services are provided at no cost due to a grant and partnership between Larimer County and Colorado State University via a Larimer County Impact Fund Grant. This grant also won the Gary M. Darling Award in 2025.
