Welcome to the Majestic Access and Recovery Services (MARS) Clinic, a community-based behavioral and mental health clinic providing individual counseling and substance use services to Larimer County residents who face barriers to accessing care, including individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
Our services include individual counseling, mental health and substance use evaluations, case management, and care coordination. Care is available in person at the Psychology Services Center at Colorado State University and through secure telehealth throughout Colorado. Services are provided by licensed behavioral health professionals and supervised graduate student trainees in Colorado State University’s Master of Addiction Counseling in Psychology Program. Through funding from the Larimer County Impact Fund Grant and Colorado State University all services are provided at no cost to clients.
The MARS Clinic won the 2025 Gary M. Darling Award.
